Vesmaco is looking for Regional Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced, high-performing, and creative Director of Sales to develop and lead our sales and marketing processes in Lithuania.

You will be developing new customers and projects, organizing and managing company conferences and seminars, and cultivating trusted relationships with customers and related parties.

The successful candidate will meet our ambitious customer and market acquisition and revenue growth objectives, will have a customer service philosophy, proactivity, and growth mindset.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and relationship management in the field of construction products and/or external networks;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian, strong communication skills in Russian, knowledge of technical/professional English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and manage existing customers;
  • Organising and managing conferences and seminars;
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with customers and related parties;
  • Develop and promote monthly and quarterly sales objectives and targets;
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets;
  • Evaluate market trends and customers’ needs, and provide recommendations to help drive business and revenue growth.
